Patience

the wellness of controlling emotion - patience ... is all about EQ ...

today slightly out of patience ... slowly think in the other perspectives to calm myself down ... when im doing sth im not interested in , you will see my mood will change ... but if the activity is beneficial / necessary , then i will try to bring the "impatience" under control ...

maybe get used to do everything fast ... want to complete everything on time ... feel uncomfortable when sth left undone for a period ..
