After doing much research on the issue , which frequently being asked by my friends who want to join gym but hinder by that issue ..
at the beginning , i thought some machines do make us shorter .. especially those than push your body downwards - squat / leg exercise ..
but it is WRONG !! even scientifically , it cant prove to stun one's growth .... but going for gym , actually increase hormone - to PROMOTE growth .. dont know how true is that. ..
so far , my research doesnt show any negative result on gym ... it does stun growth if DONE WRONGLY - injure bone plates - due to incorrect technique which injure joints ...so if do proper warm up + correct technique , then dont have to worry ..
And there is a trend that - short people go for gym to become bigger - gain attraction ... not that they tall - then become shorter ...
so let's go for gym
