it is kinda my dream to stay in a bungalow house ..
today , went to few bungalow of my dad's potential customer ... awesomely huge mansion !! when we drove past the bungalow houses , astonished with all the BMW , Mercedes .- 90%...im assured - mostly do business or politician
the Interior Design is all that those matter to me .. especially the living room where you serve your friends ... size is not an issue .. ID has to be perfect ..
monthly having party at house - garden .. seems so fun .. make a karaoke + dancing floor in the house ..haha - clubbing area .. watch HD movie at home with superb theatre system ..
haha all these are my dream - which may materialise if i do BIG BUSINESS .. now study first . tata

Additional Income
For a student , there is tendency to earn extra pocket money to enjoy luxury life at young age .. with no financial burden to support family , housing expenditure and others , all extra pocket money can be spend all on luxury items ..
1)Get the chance to talk to my friends about way to make extra income
the product - Educational product for lower and secondary school students ... some kinds of online questions bank - will be answered via the internet - send to examiner to correct it .. it cost rm500+ per semester i think ..
being an "Agent" for the company , we have to recruit 2 people under me - Pyramid style .. then sales from both of them will comes to me in certain % ... the more people under me , the more money i earn
do u heard of MLM - multi level marketing ... it can grow incredibly fast with "people" ... ones can earn more money by asking people to join rather than selling the products ... a successful MLM company is AMWAY ...
2) another way to earn money - Internet Direct Selling .. my friends sell products via a website created by him ... it getting hot nowadays where people prefer to shop online at home rather than going out ... then the product will be shipped to your gateside ... how convenience the technology makes us ..
3) my another entrepreneur thinking friend - start operate his own business with few of his partner - selling computer hardwares ... make some extra pocket money sufficient for a student to spend ..
4) another friend who has good family background - own a parking lots at age of 19 .. monthly revenue can reach 4 digits ... + his dad passes few residential premises to him ... where he earns rental income - his target 5digits at 20 years old ..
these few ways of making money works for us rather than going out find employment impressed me ....

Went to my dad's office to learn the operation of the company these few days ...
being a "sponge" who has 0 in practical training , i try to absorb as many info as possible .. ask for any uncertainties ... know the people and system in the company ..
being delegated industrial training - prepare P $ L account for bank facilities ... with my basic knowledge and some reference of data in the company , i prepare a forecast ... with this opportunity , i got the chance to know the financial position of the company ..
what i learn most is the way my dad - entrepreneur in leading the team in the meeting .. how convincing he speaks , how confidence , and how intelligent he speaks .. being bombard by numerous questions - but solve easily ...
the quotation of the day ... - "salesman never die" - emphasize few times to reinforce this facts to the staffs .. sales have beeen down for the past few months ... my dad uses intelligent way to address the problem to the related staff...
sitting by the side and watch also makes me learn ... who knows one day i will be sitting on his chair and speaks ..
