when i see that drivers are not following rules , students are not following instruction , i will think who is at disadvantage . is it the wrongdoers or the one imposing the penalty will gain ?
Rules are actually set for our own good ... but yet we break the rules ... maybe the logic behind this might be the "bad things " sometimes make us feel better ... the " feeling " > considering the disadvantage of it ..
thus , they play around with monetary $ to stop us from breach the rules ... $ may be important element for most of the people ( excluded the rich ) thus , they may act according to $ ... the rich however may however use $ to "play" with the rules ... thus the rich always the winner in Malaysia especially ..
my lecturer says , we attend class for our own good . it is "us " who will go for the exam , not the lecturers .. they just perform their duties of teaching us ...sometimes they may talk out of syllabus - about studying , just to make us realise the importance of self-study ( the few minutes - may embedded in us forever ) ...
