AirAsiA


Just saw this advertisement in newspaper .. seems like AirAsia does realise that last time the food not much variety ( taste = ok ok only . but price double !! )

seems in the flight nothing to do much .. eat is a good idea .. so Tony Fernades really find new blue seas to expand his business while gaining profit .. the price seems much more cheaper than MAS but they have quite high profit margin ... ( play with sales volume )

targeting Malaysia customers , Asian food are their favourite .. if im not mistaken ,they even target the children by introducing Krispy Kream in the flight food menu ( not only children , even adults love it ) .. why they dont put Baskin Robin ice cream in the menu >< my t7 lecturer always set AirAsia in his Cost Control chapter today .. do know that they pay a lot of overhead cost , special route for flying in that route ( to prevent banging other airplanes ) , labour cost , buying new aeroplanes every year ... but yet they are able to convert the million loss making business to now successful budget plane .. with the slogan " everyone can fly "

with the zero admin cost , they still make profit .. it is all about cost reduction( more impact) + increase sales volume ... since they have to fly even though there is 1 customer - with cost of about rm 13k for each flight , why not they sell it cheap cheap to us + early booking ( to cover the OH ) ...
