very funny guy .. first time i saw the video , i dont really understand as that time im still weak in Mandarin .. now i understand !! funny kia

recently , there is a new video posted in Youtube - Namewee fxxx TNB .. 268000 viewers in 4 days !! go watch it ~ recommended .. haha .. anyway , he is kinda rude .. while arguing with TNB officers .. from 3.59 onwards , vulgar words all the way to the end ( with a specially made song for TNB ! )

"saya mahu complain Ketua saja .. You kecil saja .. saya tak mau cakap dengan kau " said by Namewee .. >< style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">TNB has actually did nothing wrong .. power supply breakdown is not their fault .. since it is sudden , no notice can be issued through media - newspaper .. of course it may cause inconvenience to the resident in that areas ..

but Namewee actually did a great job by giving warning to TNB to improve service attitude and regular maintenance ( to prevent such incident again ) .. the way he expressed himself is different from others ..

Megan fox, the sexy main character in Transformer movie .. is also main character in this movie ..

in the beginning , the transformation into " Satan " , evil spirit ( im not sure whether she is still human or not after being stabbed multiple times ) is quite scary .. with the splitting the black liquid thing from the mouth .. which i dont know how the body generate such thing >< - okok , Satan has the special ability of this .. she kissed with 1 , 2 , 3 ... guyz ( even her best friend's bf ) by telling lies .. before i watched this movie , i went for Moral Studies exam .. based on my observation , Jennifer Check ( Megan Fox ) has no morally characteristic except friendship.. which further emphasis on the good character of Needy ( second main character )

the cinema today was quite active .. with people laughing when scary scene is about to appear .. another funny part is - i saw a gal scared his friend sitting in front ( by peekaboo ~ ) the girl sit in front freaked out totally and scream ..



overall rating for this movie 4/10 .. weak storyline , very fake , blasting noisy music >< , another deduction of rate due to "cutting" a lot of scenes ( it is Malaysia anyway ~)

of course there are more than these .. everyday seems to be a challenge to him .. he can see money in everywhere .. one day , i was reading my newspaper . then he glanced through it and snatched my newspaper .. there is it ! new business opportunity ..

sometimes , he discusses his company stuffs with me and bombards me with questions ( decision making is crucial in business ) .. although he has the answer beforehand ...my view and point sometimes do influence his thought .. but if he has decide something earlier , he will move on with his idea .. - believe in yourself ( never be afraid to dream )

i develop my reading habit through my dad ... every night , i see him reading his books .when we go shopping , he will go to bookstore .. he is not just read the book blindly .. but pick out crucial info and try to apply it in his business .. so he never see price tag when buying books which can help him make more $$

it is not easy to employ capable staff .. sometimes , he grumbles to me how lazy and irresponsible some of the staffs .. whether to fire them ? train them ? some staffs no point keeping them as they cant be helped anymore .. some staffs who are well-trained will leave the company at one time .." do i need to spend the time and energy to this staff ?" .. imagine if there are 100 + of staffs ..

Generation nowadays changes from last time .. give up easily when experience hardship and obstacles .. especially those from rich family - think they can survive even without working ( has family to support him/her ) that's what my dad dislike .. those young and fresh graduates doesnt seem to work with all their might ..

Good investment will bring back tonnes of $ .. never gamble with hard-earned money ( especially shares , gamble - uncertain ) .. although that piece of land is worthless , it can be converted into multi-million land ..

experience + entrepreneurship + wisdom + courage + foresight + intuition = successful biz

hope by this post , it will remind me over and over again to be successful person ..

Currently im quite active in facebook ..



i found out most of my long lost friends also register in facebook .. it is a good way to locate them .. i found my primary school friends - Aaron , Prabu , Nick , and a lot others. . with the "mutual friends" , it is easier for us to add friends that have connection to us .. last time i dont login facebook for a month , there is 20 friends waiting for my approval - " add as friend"

variety of mini games ... some needs daily visit to earn points / score .. now only play "Pet for Sale " .. more friends play that .. but actually high value means what ? popular ? ... some of the work are quite offending .. " kissing , dating " others =.= .. i randomly pick someone for them to hug ( more appropriate compared to others ).." Restaurant City " - take care of restaurant ..

not sure why my Mozilla got problem with facebook .. lagging for both of my desktops .. laptop ok ..

due the popularity , even my lecturers know about it .. he advises us not to play facebook that often till neglected study .. "putting all those comments for no reason " .. and also he said spending more than 1 hour in facebook = addicted .. agree with him .. now i spending more than 1 hour in blogging = addiction ?



another good part of facebook is allows us to upload pictures to be share with friends .. i only upload a few as it is slow ... need to resize and stuff - quite mafan .. according to Mr KoK , my tax lecturer said the tax authority may locate us with this type of networking in future .. so he advises us not to disclose much personal info in it ..

For the past 1 year , i have been receiving this type of hundred thousand contest .. with my name clearly stated in it .. with a chance to win a brand new car + rm 750000 for First Prize ..

with a car key in it .. !!! how fake .. and the number on the key matches the number in the letter ( where i have to scratch with coin )

with signature to gain more trust .. all these psychological mind game sometimes can influence people .. they even send email to my email address .. the only part they havent do is come to my doorstep and promote about it ..

i do reply back a FEW TIMES to confirm my approval for the contest ... if im not mistaken about 5 -7 times .. with the dream of winning a CAR !! .. my brother( lawyer) thinks im too naive as there is always " no free food " around ..

Just saw this advertisement in newspaper .. seems like AirAsia does realise that last time the food not much variety ( taste = ok ok only . but price double !! )

seems in the flight nothing to do much .. eat is a good idea .. so Tony Fernades really find new blue seas to expand his business while gaining profit .. the price seems much more cheaper than MAS but they have quite high profit margin ... ( play with sales volume )

targeting Malaysia customers , Asian food are their favourite .. if im not mistaken ,they even target the children by introducing Krispy Kream in the flight food menu ( not only children , even adults love it ) .. why they dont put Baskin Robin ice cream in the menu >< my t7 lecturer always set AirAsia in his Cost Control chapter today .. do know that they pay a lot of overhead cost , special route for flying in that route ( to prevent banging other airplanes ) , labour cost , buying new aeroplanes every year ... but yet they are able to convert the million loss making business to now successful budget plane .. with the slogan " everyone can fly "

with the zero admin cost , they still make profit .. it is all about cost reduction( more impact) + increase sales volume ... since they have to fly even though there is 1 customer - with cost of about rm 13k for each flight , why not they sell it cheap cheap to us + early booking ( to cover the OH ) ...

FaMiLy DaY

Nice outing today with my family ... but quite tiring ... get the chance to pray at Ampang .. pray for " Kau Wong Yeh " ( english i dont know how to say it ) .. anyway , during this period it is always rainy season .. today the sky quite dark .. when we reached Ampang , it started to rain ..


what a sad case - my dad forget to put umbrella in the car .. so we went to Ampang Point to buy 2 new umbrellas .. after reached there for few minutes , the rain stopped >< ( god playing with us )

As usual , the smoke and dust from the joystick really make my eye watery luckily with the spectacles , it reduces the effect .. didnt see any familiar face there .. my friends went on fri , sat .. but not sunday .. one of my friend's grandma stays there for 9 days - ( which they believe is good - im not sure with the reason anyway )

My dad bought 9 little birds to set them free .. each for rm 3 !! quite expensive but worth it ( since doing good ) im responsible to set them free - so happy to do good ! they flew out in split second when i open a small gap ... now i understand why my dad doesnt encourage me to buy pets that have to keep them in cage .. really sad to be jailed in the cage .. thus i dont buy hamster although they are really cute !!!!

thanks to my barganing skill , save my mum rm 2 for the little tortoise bun .. ^^

camwhore in the fitting room .. ( do you realise i wear a new spectacles .. ? my old one broke while i sat on it ><> i prefer my old spec - Reddish purple ( my favourite colour ) , large lens , more comfortable .. this spec often drop down every 1 minute ~ haiz .. then ,have to push it up

bought 2 new shirts .. with my mum's birthday special discount rate at 30% .. so cheap ! next time i dont buy all shirts during Chinese New Year but to spread the money over the year .. so as to have more choices ... during CNY , mostly are red ..

Halloween coming soon ? not sure ~ any idea when is it ?

yesterday watched stephen chow's movies downloaded by my bro till late night .. almost has the complete set since 1980+ .. last time movies exaggerate more which make it insanely funny ..hahaa .. with the actor expression being so funny .. every wording seems like perfectly say out to make you laugh .. till now stephen chow's movie still my favourite especially Shaolin Soccer , All's Well End's Well and a lot others ..


however my dad doesnt like the movie .. he seldom laugh while watching stephen chow's movie ... maybe some are just too exaggerating ..

yesterday also watched some trailer of the latest movies .. Toy Story 3 , 2012 , Ninja , Meatball , and others .. now i realise Ninja main character is Rain !! famous korean singer ... since he is a ninja ,sometimes he takes off the clothes .. show his muscles ~ how good if i have that TT .. i want to try the Mass Gainer from GNC .. dont know it's work or not .. 1 week for rm 100 .. costly >< ... + i will use differently routine of home gym .. see whether it is effective or not .. if really cant , gym is my only option after hearing many of my muscular friends' opinion ( last time was skinny or fat ) but gym is expensive - rm 200 per month + petrol + parking + time ( which i dont have much time ) my bro 25 years old but yet still so skinny as i am .. since i have the interest in muscle building ^^ , after i start work .. confirm go for gym ..



my next movieS will be Surrogate , Meatball n Ninja .. anyone interested ? ( since im single .. lolz .. i can "date" a guy .. is ok .. hahaha .. but not gay k )

time passes so fast .. 1 more month from final exam .. 1 week off for me after Trial exam .. then going for full mode of studying ... disappointed with my trial t6 - make silly mistakes , overconfident after seeing the same question ( did before exam ) till ignorance of few additional points .... but good to make these mistakes before final .. pay extra attention on my weakness before my final ....

This feeling shouldnt arise at this moment .. it shd be full of momentum to study ... compared to my last semester , my way of studying slows down ...

time limited .. with few more days from exam .. ( partially prepared for exam )

same principle still applies - no Gaming .. but with a 21 inch desktop on my study desk .. it seems distracting .. it belongs to my bro ( and i have to help him download some stuffs while he is overseas ) .... so i cover the monitor with a piece of clothing !!

My taxation lecturer teaches me loads of stuffs which are applicable in future .

Tax = money .. so manage tax effectively means more money in the pocket. ..

the style he teaches doesnt make me sleepy .. instead make me more alert .. since if i dream for few seconds , i miss part of it which may lead to continuous confusion for the next hours ..

he also loves to tell story of the current economy , biz , new ruling and other ..even cartoon slides from The Star ( related to tax ) embedded in his lesson which make it even more interesting

how to manuveer around the taxes to escape and get deduction of taxes .. save a big sums of $$

now i realise doing biz even can claim for more deductions ~
how to buy cheaper cars - reduce Import duty which is 100 - 200 % of sales value + sales tax 10 -15 % ( for branded cars - Mercedes n BMW ) the UK people only pay 70 -80 pound

study > analyse > apply > $$

so next time , any problem related to taxes - may drop me a call , and we have a cup of coffee .. and also applying professional fees ^^ ( my dad always teach me there is no free lunch - have to earn for it )..

while driving , i dont really like people nagging beside me .. ( especially my mum :P) so i may understand how Pauline feels while 3 guys on the car nagged the whole journey .. so to prevent nagging - drive safely ^^

im actually consider still a beginner in driving .. but after few months of driving on the bustling city of subang to reach college , i learn a few important tips :

• never reverse your call too fast ( there may be blind spot )
• keep to your lane ( dad's advice .. make sure the front is safe before worry of the other lanes )
• remember there is blind spot on left and left ( while turning to the other lane , it may be necessay to turn your neck / more your body forward to see the mirror better )
• maintain a safe distance from car in front ( no TAILGATING - predict for the worst possible scenario - and think of the possibility to stop on time )

life is unexpected .. think of the loves one ^^ ( advice from JPJ )
