WeiGHT TraiNing

initially , 9 kg ~ ( 4kg for barbell , 5kg for weight )

After 1month of training , it is time to add weight by 5k .. so total now 14k ( around same weight as gas cylinder in your kitchen ) ... i dont add weight immediately .. beforehand , i slowly adapt to the new weight but do not overexert myself .. so now i feel comfortable with the new weight ..

1kg of weight - rm 10 ... but yet it is still cheaper than going for gym outside ... and i learn new techniques to use the barbell through youtube - shoulder , chest , tricep , bicep , abdomen , forearm , leg , back and others ...

the main reason for doing so is to gain muscle mass .. but yet my weight seems to stay the same >< .. maybe should try out protein milk ..
