everytime i have the poker cards ... i will play this game - Goldfish ..

very interesting game which trains ur memory and strategy ... the way you show your emotion will tell other people what cards u have ( in the same way , you can use the emotion to con people )

this is a simple briefing of the game ;-

• everyone has 5 cards
• when it is the person -A turn , he will ask people what card he want ( only can ask a card that he is currently holding )
• he the person he asked - B , has the card - B will give the cards / if B doesnt have the cards - A has to draw a card from the deck ..
• those that has 1 set - 4 cards of same type , then he /she has to put out ..
  

simple right .. to win the game , the one holding the most set will win the game ..

get out of the busy city of KL for 8days really enlighten me towards new knowledge and experience ..

not only that, with new friends that i made there , really reallllyyy make the trip more fun ... unfortunately my dad and my 2nd bro cant go ...

eat like a horse everyday -

• buffet for breakfast
• lunch / dinner - 7-8 dishes + soup + fruits
  

my table has 8 people only but we manage to clear 80% of the food ...

beautiful view of guilin in the morning as well at night ... capture most of the moments in my bro's camera ... even at night , the photos are splendid ..

the best out of all is the performance by the china people !!!! forget what the name of the performance - around 1k+ people performing in the sea .... very nice ( i used video cam to record .. may burn into DVD soon ) ... the acrobatic show is another MUST WATCH in guilin ... flying here and there , performing dangerous move .. mistake may cost their life ...

the first time i experience hot spring at 35 - 40 degree celsius ... the first time i step into the water ( hotter - 40 + degree ) , it almost boil my eggs =.= ... then i tried the other 1 which is better ... half-naked in the hot spring , i know James , Shinn and Zhi Yang .. Zhi really look like Rain - the korean singer ... with muscular body + casanova .. have fun time with them .. we

• play cards at night .. they teach me SHITHEAD ( UK game ) , goldfish- good memory game ...
  
• walk around the hotel
• went for GYM with them
• watch funny movie - How I Met your Mother , Eurotrip ..

and everyday we get the chance to drink beer which is cheaper that soft drink .. my friend even has Champagne ... the hotel they provide ( by RELIANCE tour ) really nice especially the last day 1 - Sheraton hotel .. i tried 4-5 different hotels ... i like to stay in hotel but dont like to pack every morning to change hotel the next day

the weather there quite cold - winter 3 - 10 degree celsius ... first time i experience this coldness .. and i wore like 3-4 pieces of clothes ... has to wear glove ( very important during winter ) or else ur hand will freeze out ....

toilet in china thumb down .. no door + smelly + hard to find ... so we dont drink much water there...

luckily i learn how to speak the normal Mandarin language while in Sunway college ... it really helps in this type of country where English is like alien language ... if i stay longer , i may learn their accent too

first time experience foot massage by chinese girl .. chat with them make me realise something .. life there is difficult .. they earn around 300 only per month ... how to survive .. thus they really on the tips given by the customer ... they are a lot of young kids asking people to buy roses .. even around 4years old , they start chasing people to sell the flowers .. they are like brainwashed completely - repeating the same sentence again and again ... even i say " NO " they still pulling my jacket all the way to my hotel =.= ... if i really buy , more people will chase after me .. they are a lot old people selling fruits and souvenir ... their method really wrong - seems like forcing people to buy the things ~~

overall the trip is wonderful ... occupied 30 % of my holiday .. the remaining 1 i spend with my friends , sports , dinner with them , and others ..

Fly to China for 8days ... till 31 dec 2009 .. timing just nice to go for countdown with friends ..

with my bro there , confirm there will be nice photos of the scenery there .. never been to a country that cold - winter now .. hope can adapt to it ...

the timing for the flight - 6.40am ... means i have to be there by 4.30am .. haiz .. means tonight no need to sleep..

just back home after having dinner with them in Cheras .. seems like there is a lot restaurants i havent explore in Cheras .. just now Kaki Corner quite reasonable the price - Western food .. but a bit noisy with so high volume of the song ...

today full day out .. from early morning , i went to find my Sri KL friends to have dim sum , then went for pool with my ex-classmates .. Wei Hong really can play well !! need time we play again ... Ching Yee needs to practise more , then can improve .. nothing can learn overnight ...

then from Puchong , i went to Cheras to find my Sunway friend .. set wrong location for GPS and went to wrong place =.= ... took 1 hour to reach my friend's house which supposingly should take 30 minutes .. then we went to check out the Weight Gainer powder - rm 296 for 1 month .. quite expensive .. then i surf the net and found rm 200 only .. but need to ship from 1 place .. need to check out the details first ..

Paintball - very good and exciting game .. leaves you breathless for a moment ... the need to defeat the enemy and evade the bullets ... the spirit of teamwork and cooperation are vital here ... in the war zone , there is actually no turning back ... in paintball , we can still revive after being shot in the next game ... so to bring out the "fire " in ourselves , try to make paintball game is though in war zone ... then we will perform at our best .. after the "first time " i learn better in movement , being patient , helping teammates , and others ...



Does learning occurs in classroom only ?

we can gain knowledge anywhere .. today i went to kl - times square for a movie ... forget to bring GPS .. thus to go back home , i rely on myself to discover the road back home ( and it took me 1 hour to reach home - supposingly take only 20 minutes ) although i went for the longer way , i learn the new road better than listening to instruction of GPS .. of course , it used more petrol .. so there are always pro n cons ..

last time while im small , i used to sit down and rest in the car ... but now i look around and question myself ... why dad use this road rather than the other 1 ..? what is the advertisement board message ?

even talking with friends , we can learn something from them .. i discussed with my friends about gym - supplements .. we compared price , nutrition content , location and others .. we learn something that we ourself may not know from other who is more knowledgable ..

today i insisted to go for 2012 movie ( which i dont get to watch during exam ) - it may be outdated , shown in slower cinema .. but i want to learn about what the theory behind 2012 .. is the Maya's theory can be scientifically proven ?

Before end of exam , i watched Storm Warriors 2 .... it is just ok the movie .. quite predictable of the storyline .. the graphic really sophisticated ... this type of movie - the best is to watch in cinema rather than at home ...

Next movie that i watched is Avatar - in Malacca .. 2 n 45 mins movie .. quite long .. but really worth my time .. i can say this is the best movie for this year !!! they are trying to instil the moral values in this 21st generation mankind to save our planet rather than destroying our MotherEarth .. the storyline continues to goes interesting in the last 1 n half hour ... until the peak where the evil guy is killed ...

today just watched BodyGuard and Assasin ... another historical movie of china ... i think using media - movie to convey the message in the history is really useful .. rather than memorising the 200+ pages Sejarah book ... this movie shows how the chinese heroes sacrifice their lives for revolution ... 1 by 1 the warriors killed by the anti-revolutionists .. the blood splashing seems so real ... but the part where 1 hero fights with 10+ assassins seem quite fake ... another 1 where the big guy being stabbed continuously but yet still got the strength to pull the pilar down ...
