the advanced in technology really leads to sedentary lifestyle to most of us compared to last generation .. there is a big differences in our lifestyle according to my grandma's stories ..

according to my observation , i see most of the students in sunway have their own cars to drive to college .. quite a pleasure to have the freedom to drive to any places they want ... some even does not have petrol limit - with the Shell card ( unlimited refuel - charge to parent's credit card bill ) for those wealthy ones .. ( not for me 0.0)



my grandma's generation owns a car considered rich for them .. not to mention students.. my dad walks to school everyday .. the traffic in the past not that congested .. and the robbery case is still controllable .. the current news of Mat Rempit gang who injured innocent pedestrians shows it isnt that safe to walk alone on the street ..

with a single click on the electrical appliance , it automates the process without the human effort to operate it .. really simple and easy .. thus , it develops laziness in me too :P ... with car , i seldom cycle to buy things nearby .. with sms / email , i never try writing a letter to my friend .. do you ?

last few days ago , i saw my friend use the GPS navigation system to bring us around Klang with ease .. there is no worry of getting lost in Klang .. just simply touch the screen , it shows the direction prefectly well with the operator communicates verbally to him .. i hope i can get one too - rm 1.5k >< ...now even the phones has the GPS programme .. my dad usually teaches me to remember the landmark on the road if want to go somewhere. .

sWiNe Flu

after SARS IN 2003 , this pandemic swine flu - communicable illness seems to be quite serious .. with the dying of 153 people in Mexico .. i hope it wont spread to malaysia .. their normal lifestyle ruins as this disease strikes the country .. more preventive action has to be taken to counter the effect of this disease and detecting any victims who show the symptoms of the disease ..

to raise awareness of the disease , newspapers provide sufficient info in regards of the disease ... those who don't read newspapers may have also hear the news from the radio as the DJ keeps mentioning about it everyday ..


i honour the doctors and nurses who bold enough to risk their life to treat the victims .. they may be anytime acquired the disease if not enough safety precaution is taken .. they even despatch to the airport to have border screening on the passengers from other country ..

NO PORK ? today just ate Bak Kut Teh with my friends ~ and i don't get the disease .. haha .. no worry on eating pork as the virus wont transmit through food if it is well-cooked ... so don't worry ..

i heard if it is not controlled well , it might kill 2 million people .. and millions are spent on controlling it ... hope the scientists can create a vaccine for it before it spreads even worst ..

mAiD

Nowadays , most of the families in malaysia have an indonesian maid .. it becomes a trend ~ since most of the parents need to work , they dont have time for household chores .. so they leave it to the maid .. some even let the duty of taking care of their children to their maid ..

the cost of hiring a maid isnt that sure .. since i dont have a maid at home .. my mum can keep fit by doing household chores .. when you see her , i dont think you can guess her age correctly .. also also she dresses quite trendy when go out ..

without a maid , i got to clean my own room .. wash my own car .. and "sometimes" wash the cups :P ... not bad huh .. my mum does the cooking .. i heard some family trains their maid to cook too .. but what my mum always afraid is that they might put something into thee food ... i read from newspaper that a maid put the vaginal fluid (after period i guess )into the food .. which they believe can get more respect from their boss .. What an illogical belief ~! disgusting ~



if really want hire a maid , 24hours supervision with the help of CCTV may be necessary to curb their intention to steal things .. quite troublesome to bring a maid to go shopping or travelling together .. since me and my bro are old enough to take care of ourselves .. .hiring a maid is not that necessary yet .. wait until new house is ready , then my parent may considere it to ease my mum's burden ..

BaBy

i saw a few babies when shopping .. some really caught my attention . . they are really cute !! wanna take picture of them but don't think their parents allow ..

when i look at them , he / she stares back at me ... without blinking their eyes .. usually when my dad doesn't talk , it means he is thinking something deeply .. so the same concept applies to the babies too ..their learning ability is way faster than us .. maybe they are trying to recognise my face and thinking what my intention to them .. whether i want to pinch them or kiss them ..

" what you want ? " - my cousin ~

since they cant express themselves by talking , they stare back at us .. i dont have any younger bros or sis .. so i dont really know how to take care of baby .. there is once i hold my cousin - 2 years old i guess .. he twists and turns when i want to carry them .. maybe my carrying method is wrong .. so he feels uncomfortable and wants to get to the floor .

GlobAl WarMing

HOT HOT HOT .. my body is so hot .. i mean the weather makes me sweat a lot .. :P

just now i check the temperature outside - 30.5 degree Celsius ... AT NIGHT !! what a frightening figure ~ last time 27 degree Celsius only if I'm not mistaken .. our Earth temperature rises year by year .. it will reach a stage where organism cant survive on the Earth if no necessary actions are taken by the public to deviate the current situation back to normal ..

The melting of glacier and ozone hole occur at North pole .. sooner or later , the earth surface will cover with more water - land area reduces ...



Studying the basic Biology in SPM gives me basic knowledge of preserving and conserving our natural resources .. and also the devastating effect of natural disaster .. who knows when and where tsunami may strike again ? ( choi ~) ...

Some people do ask me why i choose to take accounts rather than science courses as i obtain good result in SPM science stream .. anything that i have learnt previously will be useful in life ..i have keen interest in knowing " How do they do it " - one of the show in National Geographic .. and other science related tv show ... it is most probably it increases my knowledge of how our marvelous brain interprets and innovates something pragmatically ..

StReSS

College life is really hectic compared to previously ..." According to my observation " ( phrase picked from Kenneth :P ) , most of my friends who don't study in secondary school get serious in studying .. they realise they cant play a fool in studying .. most probably due to these reasons :

• pay for expensive course fees
• get to pass or else need to retake again .. which means wasting of time

if really that unfortunate to fail the paper , they gonna study for another semester .. which means their parents have to fork out additional money to support the living expenses and fees .. then when they compared the result to friends , they feel ashamed and they may fall in different group of class .. and also they gonna work later - means they get less salary ( cant afford to get Kancil -according to Mr TES :p) ..

So why not put in m0re effort ?

Feeling stressful to study ? No mood to study .. that's what i usually heard from my friends .. my ways of relieving stress are :

• go for sports ( sweat more , stress also releases as well :P ) - usually basketball , jogging , pumping , carry dumbbell and others
• watch tv / movie
• dont really medidate .. but i heard it is useful
• dont ever online .. as i will stick to the chair and online for hours ..

And now i find out the most effective way to release stress is chatting with friends .. especially chatting with Kenneth ( CAT classmate ) .. laugh everytime i chat with him ... but have to control .. or else chat till lack of concentration during lesson ...

Look different when i reminisce back my past ..dont I ?

Do you realise something in common in these pictures ? i didnt smile .. cool right .. haha .. last time i stick to this assumption and dont smile while taking pictures .. then i realise like im " unhappy " or " TOO cool " ... so i start to smile more while taking pictures ..

actually since primary school i was keen in making different type of hairstyle .. i even try the so called - Karipap style .. then secondary school i lost interest in that ( study like nerd ) .. but when i was in sri kl , i was back to making different kind of hairstyles ..

i prefer longer hair as i can do more styles .. and also dont like a secondary school student :P .. i dont dare to dye my hair as i prefer original colour .. and also nowadays got people say i look like gangster >< ...( my clothing and hairstyle maybe ) if i dye , i really look like 1 ..

im actively taking more pictures when i get my first handphone which can take photos .. mostly take with myself ( no girlfriend yet ><) .. i dont have much of my past photos as when i shifted house , my parents misplaced it and that's it ... it's gone .. i was really fair last time .. ( maybe my mum drinks a lot of taufu fah while having me .. not coffee :P ) then , now i dont care of my skin complexion and even play under the hot sun ..

if want see my children photos , drop by my house and i will show it .. ^^

ExAm

10pages in 1 hour 45 minutes .. ? sounds insane ? that's what i required to do for t5 exam - CAT ....

last exam , i did really bad due to poor time management .. not enough time as i lingered too long on certain question ... and uncertained of the requirement of the questions ... which made me drop in performance by 30% .. really bad ..

but this time , i planned my time in advance .. 20 minutes for each questions ... if exceed , proceed to next question .. no skipping of question .. and write something although not sure with the question as by crapping something , there will be some marks given .. at the end , i have extra 15 minutes to deal with 4marks question which i feel uncertained ...my target for this time will be 80 % ++ ..

for another paper , t4 , doesnt look good .. hopefully i can pass the paper .. as i do not have enough practise on the questions .. a new approach of question confuses me although the concept stays the same .. if i got more time to analyse the questions , then there might a comeback ..

Ghost Movie

Do you believe in ghost ? last time , i really scared . when i was in dark room , i felt discomfot . even going to toilet alone , i felt scared ..even when i sleep , i switch on the lights .. dont know why .. maybe i scare a ghost will pop out in front of me .. ...so i dont really dare to watch ghost movie ..

Now , it is completely different case .. im no more afraid of the so called - "thingy "(except when i really see 1 :P choi !) ..i have a different perception on ghost .. if we didnt do anything wrong , why should we afraid of ghost .. even if we see ghost , they cant harm us ..today i watched " partially " ghost movie - Uninvited .. i expect something more thrilling as i saw the wallpaper "looks" scary .. just a few scene that caught my attention .. it startled me that much till i was lifted up .. but i didnt scream .. my friend dont dare to see .. but it just pop out suddenly before she is able to close her eyes .

the storyline of the movie makes a 360 degree twist at the end .. from the beginning , the main character , Anna - an innocent girl which more on protagonist character . at the end , she is actually the one who set the fire - kill her parents and sister .. but cant really blame her as she maybe too depressed till get crazy .. ( ops shouldnt review so much of the movie .. go and watch it ^^ )

this is considered my second ghost movie in cinema if im not mistaken . im awaiting a more horrified ghost movie which can make me cant sleep at night .. `'

i realise i have not updated my blog for the past 15 days .. quite busy nowadays .. with a lot stuffs :P

i had a great time this monday ..almost laughed till my belly out ... i celebrated 3 person birthday with my classmates in pizza hut . they were just so much to eat .. more than enough after eating the garlic bread , soup and 1 pizza ..

then we went for ice skating .. surprisingly , i didnt fall down . and i managed to guide a few of my friends who are first-timer .. now i can balance myself . but still cant stop myself immediately . i need the wall to help me stop or just bang on people :P .. quite a number of my classmates went for ice skating that day . and it is only rm 13 .. a lot cheaper if we bring gloves and socks ... and since it is not weekend , it is not that crowded
